Closet Crafters - Santa Rosa, CA
Closet Crafters is a 10,000 square foot concrete tilt up
structure with a wood framed panelized roof and a wood framed
second floor mezzanine. It will be used for manufacturing
on the ground floor and office space will be maintained at
the mezzanine level.

Exchange Bank, Santa Rosa
Project is a 6,000 sq. ft. wood framed
building with wrap-around glazing on two sides.

Franciscan Estates Administration Building
The project consisted of a new two-story office addition and
wood framed mezzanine built within an existing pre-manufactured
metal building. The new 1st floor area is an addition of approximately
9000sf. The second floor mezzanine area is approximately 3000sf.
The new office area, mezzanine and pedestrian bridge are wood
framed construction.

Humboldt Bank
This new bank building is a two-story 6,100sf wood framed
structure located in Napa CA. The roof is made up of manufactured
trusses. The second floor was framed using manufactured wood
I-Joists. In order to mitigate the liquefiable soil conditions
at the site the structure is supported on concrete grade beams

Marin Luxury Autos
The project consists of approximately 14,800sf of new construction
including showrooms and service areas. Also included was the
seismic upgrade of the two existing concrete tilt up buildings
built in 1967. Both the new and existing buildings were designed/upgraded
to comply with flood requirements of FEMA Technical Bulletin
3-93.

Napa Valley Country Club, Napa
Project consists of a 21,000
sq. ft. two story clubhouse with retail shops on lower level
and loft office space in the attic. Features include exposed
custom wood/steel pipe trusses over the dining room.

Restaurant Budo
A new 5,765sf wood framed restaurant located in downtown Napa
CA. The roof is made up of pre-manufactured wood scissor trusses.
Tall concrete retaining walls were constructed as required
to set the finished floor above the flood plane.

Sciambra Bakery
The project involves an approximately 5,315sf addition to
an existing building. The new addition has 20’ tall CMU
walls and the roof is panelized with GLB’s and steel
girders with minimal columns for a large open floor plan. |

Wolfe Center
New 10,895sf 2-story steel framed office building located
in downtown Napa, CA. Wood ‘I’ Joists are used
to infill the second floor and roof. The lateral load resisting
system is a combination of steel braced and ordinary moment
frames. |

Project consists of a 123,000
sq. ft. concrete tilt–up warehouse/production facility
