Deerfield Ranch Winery, Kenwood
A two-phase project consisting of a 3,000sf bottling
and fermentation building and an 8,000sf main winery building
with underground storage. The main winery building consists
of a new 5,200sf winery building with a 1,600sf mezzanine and
a 1,200sf covered crush pad above a full depth basement. The
stick-framed roof of the building incorporates large skylights
and architectural trusses. The hospitality level of the winery

steel beams. The foundation will be a slab-on-grade with drilled

walls. The building is to be constructed over an underground
tunnel. The bottling building contains a 450sf mezzanine and

bottling building will be stick framed with large Glu-Lam beams.
